We have experience in a wide array of preservation-related services, such as historic resource inventories, survey and compliance, Section 106 and Section 4(f) reporting, viewshed analysis, historic structures reports (HSRs), building conditions assessments, historic district nominations and analysis, national register listings and nominations, tax credit applications, funding and grant-writing, community workshops, and more.

We've worked with communities in central Kentucky and in other places, helping them make informed decisions about the treatment and protection of their own historic buildings, town centers, or districts. Besides consulting, we've provided a wide variety of educational and instructional work, at the Univeristy of Kentucky and elsewhere.

We both hold Master of Historic Preservation degrees, among other degrees and educational or professional certifications. More importantly, we have demonstrated practical experience in the field of historic preservation using innovative and efficient methods, and are (as we have always been) committed to providing high quality and professional work for clients, partners, individual property owners, and civic or municipal agencies.
